From a classic background, he has created a modern menu through his
intense development process, inspired purely by the basic ingredients –
highly refined simplicity will highlight the flavours of each dish, which will evolve seasonally.

It is a menu inspired by our location, created to match the striking
lakeland panorama which is the backdrop to our restaurant.

Our aim is to produce delicious dining that will excite and delight,
