We have now changed The Samling three course menus to À La Carte, offering a choice from 3 or 4 dishes per course – under the new creative direction of Executive Head Chef Robby Jenks.
From a classic background, he has created a modern menu through his intense development process, inspired purely by the basic ingredients – highly refined simplicity will highlight the flavours of each dish.
It is a menu inspired by our location, created to match the striking lakeland panorama which is the backdrop to our restaurant. Relax, and immerse yourself in the whole experience.
Our aim is to produce delicious dining that will excite and delight, enhanced by an award-winning wine list, and a creatively edited cocktail list – all against a spectacular World Heritage lake and mountain view.
Lunch, and Sunday Lunch
Our three-course Table D’Hote menu is available at £25.pp Monday to Saturday. On Sunday we serve a Traditional Roast Lunch at £35.pp. All our lunch menus provide a choice of dishes for each course.
A lunchtime five-course Tasting Menu is available if requested at the time of booking only.
In the evening we offer the three-course À La carte at £65.pp and the five-course Tasting Menu at £85.pp
Vegetarian menus are available.
Please note that each menu has been designed to be enjoyed by the whole table, if there are any specific dietary requirements, intolerances or allergies please notify a staff member.
