Rebecca Galland joins The Samling as Food & Beverage Manager.
Rebecca joins us from the 5 AA Red Star The Vineyard, alongside Robby Jenks. She was named Hotel Restaurant Manager of the Year at the Hotel Cateys in 2016 – the Oscars of the Hospitality Industry, and has been Restaurant Manager of The Vineyard since 2012. Rebecca’s also a highly qualified wine expert, being a Certified Sommelier, and has achieved WSET Level 3 – her skills are a welcome addition to The Samling wine team, as we continue to build upon the outstanding quality of our cellar. Oliver Smith says that Rebecca will bring enthusiasm and huge amounts of knowledge into this new role.
