Plans for 2016
Our plan is to create a truly world class dining operation with the launch of our new restaurant in winter 2016.
Over the past few years demand for our restaurant has dramatically increased. As a result we have listened to guests and decided to expand our Michelin Star restaurant to a 48-cover operation, with stunning views over lake Windermere.
The new restaurant will also include a new kitchen, wine cellar and chef’s table. The kitchen will be headed up by our Head Chef Nick Edgar the former Head Chef of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.
As a result development work will be taking place throughout 2016.
We hope to create a truly spectacular new restaurant that the Lake District can be proud of.
