Junior Suites

Pym is largest room in the main house and Barker Brow is one of the country cottages.

Pym
This room is set in the eaves of the main house. Pym stretches from the front of the building right to the rear and is divided into two main sections. Towards the front of the house is the sitting room area with its comfortable sofas and armchairs and outlook to the south. The sloping roof has inbuilt skylights that enhance the light and airy feel.  Despite the room being large and mostly neutral the clever use of the some gold and cream floral wallpaper gives it a warm and cosy yet very spacious feeling.

The bedroom is towards the rear of the building and is equally as spacious, with views over the woodlands and an additional skylight in the ceiling. The en-suite bathroom, adjoining the bedroom, incorporates a large sunken bath and separate walk-in shower.

Barker Brow
The first of the outer suites and set over two floors, this has the cosy feel of a traditional country cottage. The living room is on the ground floor and features bare thick slate walls which really retain the warmth, creating the homely feel. The soft furnishings in the living room comprise a teal settee and two blue plaid armchairs near the window.

Upstairs is the bedroom and adjoining en-suite bathroom. The bedroom features a long low window, set just at the right height so that the lake can be seen without even having to get out of bed! The bathroom has an alcove window with a woodland view.
