The Samling is a fantastically located boutique hotel between Windermere and Ambleside, on it's own private estate, with a view of Lake Windermere.
We went there for a short weekend stay, to get away from London, and it was truly phenomenal.
The most important thing for us that sets it apart from every place we've ever been to is that you are made to feel truly ''special'' while you are there.
