Our award-winning restaurant offers food made from only the finest, freshest local ingredients.
Our guests find the ideas and lightness of touch emanating from the kitchen irresistible. Some even claim that it’s the reason they return to The Samling so often. We couldn’t possibly comment.
We’re open to non-residents for dinner every evening, afternoon tea and lunch every day. Please do book though to avoid disappointment.
Our cellar gains new admirers with every visit too. Our wine selection can hold its own under some pretty expert noses.
One other treat about The Samling is breakfast, which, it’s generally agreed, is preferable in bed. A many splendid thing it is too.
