Corporate Packages

The Samling has three exclusive use packages however we are totally flexible and can tailor our packages to your needs whatever they may be.

Option 1:
Day delegate just £90.00 per person. Includes: 
- Use of the conference room between 9am and 5.30pm
- Mineral water
- Two x tea/coffee breaks with shortbread
- Light buffet lunch served in the breakout area

Option 2:

24hr delegate at £340.00 per person. Includes:
- Use of the conference room between 9.00am and 5.30pm on the first day and from 9.00am until 12.00pm on the second day
- Mineral water
- Two x tea/coffee breaks with shortbread
- Light buffet lunch served in the breakout area served on one day
- Single accommodation in a double room
- Gourmand dinner 'set tasting menu'

Option 3:
Our bed and breakfast package from just £4,500 (ex VAT) per night and includes:

• - Exclusive use of The Samling hotel and its 11 bedrooms
• - Full Cumbrian Breakfast

Our Dinner, bed and breakfast package from just £6,000 (ex VAT) per night and includes:

• - Exclusive use of The Samling hotel and its 11 bedrooms
• - A 7 course Gourmand dinner, prepared by our award winning chefs

Option 5:
Our ‘All Inclusive Package’ starts from just £7,500 per night (ex VAT) and includes:

• - Exclusive use of The Samling hotel and its 11 bedrooms
• - Full afternoon Tea for your guests
• - A pre dinner reception with canapés and champagne for all the guests
• - A selection of unlimited house wines, beers and soft drinks
• - A 7 course Gourmand dinner
